Unity is one of the main goals that each student government is aiming to fulfill for the student body. With this, PAMANA President Aubrey Leaño and Vice President Jerico Datig are setting their eyes on uniting the College of Business Administration (CBA).
When asked about the issues in their college, they answered that events aiming to bind all the courses inside their department is lacking. They also mentioned that there are shortcomings when it comes to information dissemination. With this, Leaño said, “ang goal kasi namin, ng council is magkaroon ng unity at mawala yung barriers.”
With regards to the issue in spreading information, Datig believes that room-to-room announcement will ensure that the students would be updated on the latest information in their college.
Though not included in their original platform, both have mentioned that they would be conducting reviews as a course of action to help future board exam takers.
At the moment, the status quo in CBA is a Kalayaan-dominated student council. However, the two candidates looked at it in a positive way.
